Seraphic Planetary Government

Earth (Urantia) operates under an extraordinary spiritual government involving over one billion angelic beings called seraphim, who work alongside other celestial forces to oversee human affairs. What makes our world truly special is its unique administrative structure, shaped by dramatic events like the Lucifer rebellion and the fact that Earth was chosen as a special 'bestowal world' where the Universe Sovereign personally incarnated. This cosmic governance system reveals Earth's significant role in a vast universal drama, despite its apparent isolation.
